CLINIC RECEPTION
Welcome to Rockhopper…we don't have a physical receptionist, but we DO have a virtual reception team. We want you to be comfortable and informed when you visit! You can book an appointment via our online bookings 24/7 or with our receptionists Mon - Fri 9-5.
If you are a new patient; there will be an intake form in a link with your confirmation email, please fill this in before arriving. Once inside, please sanitise your hands and then take a seat. The toilets are accessible by borrowing the key-tag from the wait-room desk and heading to the last door on the right on level 4 (directly opposite the lift). Enjoy our welcome space overlooking the beautiful Salamanca waterfront. We also have baby change-table facilities if you require them.
Rockhopper was established in 2013 and is located on level 4 of Galleria Salamanca. We are an Osteopathic clinic so you know if you are booking an appointment, all practitioners are Registered Osteopaths with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and are also members of Osteopathy Australia. Bookings
Our reception team answer calls from Mon to Fri 9-5. Outside of these times and on Saturday’s, the fastest way to make a booking is online so you can see real-time availability. Please allow time for a response to your enquiries. You can also send an sms on 0402 457 401 if outside of our reception team’s hours and someone will return your enquiry during reception hours. Please note: you should receive a confirmation email for your online booking, if you do not receive this please contact us to check that your booking has been made correctly.
Cancellations
We require 24hrs notice for all cancellations/rescheduling of appointments, or a $60 fee will be charged. This includes missed appointments. We appreciate your respect for this clinic policy. Your appointment is held for you within that period and late cancellations do not allow enough time for someone else to take that booking. For all bookings that are made further out than 2 days prior, sms courtesy reminder messages are sent if you have provided us with your mobile number on your booking.
