MASKS;

• Masks are optional, we will continue to have masks available if you would prefer that we wear them during your treatment and ask that if this your preference to please let us know.

Air Purifiers & Hygiene Measures

• Rockhopper Osteopathic Clinic has air purifiers running in every room.

• Treatment table is cleaned between each appointment and fresh linen is used for each person.

• Pens, toys and regular contact items are cleaned and rotated as appropriate.

Additional People

• We request that where possible, only the person scheduled for the appointment attend. Siblings are welcome to attend if child minding is difficult.

Wait-room

• Our waitroom is open, we will have our double doors open weather permitting for quailty airflow.

Symptomatic Patients

• if you are unwell, please contact us at your earliest time to notify and reschedule your appointment. Please keep in mind we have patients who attend the clinic who are immunocompromised as well as patients who are very young and unable to mask, we appreciate your consideration of the close contact nature of our service and appreciate your decision to cancel if you are not well to attend.
